Kettlebell Currency
Reps are the currency. Form before load, one verified step at a time. It's how strength is built, and how products ship.
Solution finding
Every app here started the same way: find the real problem, shape the smallest answer, ship it.
Find the problem
Name the source, not the symptom.
I start by asking what's actually breaking and who feels it. Symptoms are loud. The source is usually quieter, one step upstream. Nothing gets built until the problem fits in one sentence.
Shape the solution
Scope what's feasible, minus the jargon.
Then I shape the smallest version that solves it: what has to work on day one, what can wait, and what we're choosing not to build. Plain words, so everyone at the table can push back.
Ship it
AI-assisted builds, from idea to the App Store.
I build with AI tools and ship in small, verified steps. Each release gets checked before the next one starts. Then I watch how it's used and adjust.

Work through it together
Wardrobe Stories started as a founder's portal problem: stylists and clients needed one place to work. We worked it through together, and it shipped to the App Store. If you're in ops, building something, or stuck on a problem worth untangling, send a note.
